Your workstyle metrics belong to you. Your dashboard shows your focus time, collaboration patterns, meeting load, deep work blocks, and energy rhythms. No one in your organisation — manager, HR, or admin — can see them tied to your name without your explicit, revocable consent.

AI Workstyle Coach

A conversational AI coach that compares your work patterns against peer-reviewed behavioural science research. It surfaces signals — sustained fragmentation, drops in deep work, unusually high meeting load — and gives you practical, personalised nudges to course-correct. We surface the pattern; the conclusions are yours. The coach works for you, not your manager.

Consent-Based Data Sharing

When a manager wants to understand team workstyle patterns at the individual level, they must send a consent request through WorkstyleIQ. The employee sees exactly what data would be shared, for how long, and can accept or decline. Consent is granular, time-limited, and revocable at any point. Every request and decision is immutably logged.

Every metric and coaching nudge is grounded in published research — from chronobiology and attention science to organisational psychology. WorkstyleIQ doesn't just tell you what happened; it explains why it matters and what the science says about optimising it.

Every employee gets detailed benchmarks comparing their metrics against people in the same role, department, or globally. Understand how your focus time, collaboration patterns, and energy rhythms compare to peers. Comparisons run against statistical aggregates of cohorts of at least 5 people — we store totals, not individual values, so no peer's contribution can be reconstructed. By us, by you, or by anyone. Stay motivated by seeing where you excel and where science-backed optimisation could help.

AI Tool Effectiveness

Unlike other tools that simply detect whether AI is being used, WorkstyleIQ measures whether AI tools are truly integrated into your workflows — used inline where the work happens, or relegated to a separate tab. Are they accelerating deep work and reducing context-switching, or just adding overhead? We measure integration depth and work-outcome improvement from your working-pattern signals — never your content. This is the real signal on your AI investment.
