Is WorkstyleIQ employee monitoring software?

No. WorkstyleIQ is a workstyle intelligence platform, not employee monitoring software. We never capture screenshots, log keystrokes, record screens, or read the contents of your work. We measure the rhythm and structure of how people work — focus time, collaboration patterns, and cognitive states — through safe, on-device app labels, never document content.

Can managers see individual employee data?

Only with explicit employee consent. By default, all personal workstyle data is visible only to the employee. Managers can request access, but employees must actively grant it. Consent is granular, time-limited, and revocable at any time. Every consent decision is immutably logged.

Is WorkstyleIQ free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Personal Edition is free. Every employee gets a private dashboard, AI coaching, and behavioural science insights at no cost. Personal Plus ($3/employee/month) adds 90-day retention and unlimited coaching. Teams ($6/employee/month) adds aggregated team analytics.

Is WorkstyleIQ GDPR-aligned?

Yes — by design. The architecture aligns with GDPR Articles 5, 4(5), 15-21, 25, and 32. Server-side data is pseudonymous; only your workstation and Teams tenant can resolve identifiers to a person. See our Trust page for the full mapping.

Is WorkstyleIQ EU AI Act compliant?

Not yet — we do not assert EU AI Act compliance. Workplace AI sits under the regulation's high-risk classification framework, and we are tracking its phased obligations and designing for transparency, human oversight, and consent-first interaction. We will publish a formal compliance statement once outside counsel has reviewed our position and the relevant obligations are in force.
