How WorkstyleIQ handles the personal data we collect through this website and our launch waitlist.

This notice applies to the WorkstyleIQ marketing website and the launch waitlist form on it. It does not cover the WorkstyleIQ product itself (the Microsoft Teams application and workstyle-intelligence service), which is governed by a separate product privacy notice and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the organisations that deploy it.
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
The form also includes a simple arithmetic check (an anti-spam “captcha”) to deter automated submissions; your answer to it is verified in your browser and is not stored.
We process your email address on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a launch waitlist and keeping interested people informed about availability. We process request metadata on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse, and to comply with our legal obligations.
We do not rely on consent for the waitlist itself; you can withdraw at any time by emailing us at privacy@workstyleiq.com.
We share your data only with the service providers (processors) that help us run the website and waitlist:
We do not share your data with any other third parties, and we do not sell your personal data.
We keep waitlist data until launch plus 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.
Some of our processors are based in, or store data in, the United States (for example HubSpot, and AWS infrastructure in the us-east-1 region). Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with supplementary measures where required.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to our processing of it. California residents have equivalent rights, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (note that we do not sell your data).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@workstyleiq.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local supervisory authority.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies on this website: one strictly-necessary item that remembers your cookie choice, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics and HubSpot) that load only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Decline and no analytics or marketing cookies are set.
